We work on your protective nervous system patterns that you have built over the years, to balance them with a sense of trust and connection with your body so that you're ready to be your unapologetic self.

Hi, I am Alex
I am a somatic coach and yoga teacher. I create a container for you to access the wisdom of your own body so that you can radiate with magnetism into the world.

I believe that we are all have unique gifts, both through our innate blueprints and even our protective patterns we've learned along the way. It's just about rebalancing all of these parts and creating true resilience.
Through a blend of somatic exploration, yoga, and accessing your subconscious, I help you to uncover your own path to nervous system resilience and stability.

Somatics
🌿 Somatic offerings
Somatics is about reconnecting with your body and nervous system. But it goes beyond that. It can help you release the grip of your repeating patterns and become more of who you were really meant to be.

I offer specific bundles of somatic practices and a tailored somatic coaching program. The coaching program starts with a discovery call where we define a direction and tailor to your unique nervous systems patterns. It then accompanies your reconnection and shedding process for 3 months through weekly sessions and modalities adapted to your uniqueness.

Yoga
Yoga was my first doorway back into my body and nervous system. Through a daily practice, I learned to slow down, feel, and respond to life from a place of steadiness rather than tension. Today, I share this approach through online pre-recorded classes available online, and in-person classes in Geneva. Each offering is designed to help you reconnect with your body, stabilise your nervous system and build your confidence in your abilities.
